Definition
Andromeda is a spiral galaxy and our closest large galactic neighbor, located approximately 2.5 million light-years away. It's one of the few galaxies visible to the naked eye under dark skies. Andromeda is on a collision course with our Milky Way galaxy in billions of years. Unlike stars, galaxies are massive systems of stars, gas, and dust. Think of Andromeda as our galactic sibling, destined for a cosmic embrace. 🌌
