A cervical nerve is one of the spinal nerves that emerges from the cervical region (neck) of the spinal cord. There are eight pairs of cervical nerves, labeled C1 to C8. Think of them as the control center for your head, neck, and shoulders! đšī¸ They control muscle movement and provide sensory input. They're vital for head movement, breathing, and even arm function.
