A gravity bomb, also known as a "dumb bomb," is a conventional, unguided bomb that relies solely on gravity to reach its target. It's the simplest type of aerial bomb, lacking any form of precision guidance like GPS or laser targeting. Imagine dropping a rock from a building; that's essentially how a gravity bomb works. They are often used in situations where pinpoint accuracy isn't crucial, or when advanced guidance systems aren't available. While less sophisticated, they can still be effective in certain scenarios. Unlike smart bombs, they are subject to wind and other environmental factors. It's a more old-school approach to aerial weaponry.
