A 'haemophiliac' is the same as a hemophiliac: a person with hemophilia, a genetic condition that impairs the ability of blood to clot properly. They may experience prolonged bleeding even from minor injuries. It's primarily an inherited condition, passed through genes. They often need regular infusions of clotting factors to manage the condition. 'Haemophiliac' is the British English spelling, while 'hemophiliac' is the standard American spelling. Despite spelling differences, both refer to the same medical condition.
