Definition
Nazism, short for National Socialism, was a far-right political ideology and set of practices associated with the Nazi Party in Germany. It was characterized by extreme nationalism, racism (especially antisemitism), totalitarian control, and aggressive expansionism. Think of it as a twisted version of patriotism combined with hate 😠. It promoted the idea of a superior "Aryan" race and sought to eliminate groups deemed inferior. It led to the Holocaust, the systematic genocide of Jews and other minorities. It involved a one-party state with total control over all aspects of life.
