A property owner is an individual, group, or entity that legally possesses ownership of real estate, such as land, buildings, or other structures. They have the right to use, sell, lease, or modify the property as they see fit, within the bounds of the law. Property ownership is a cornerstone of modern economies and legal systems. Think of them as the king or queen of their castle. It is the same as being a landowner, but it also includes building owner.
