A sabertooth (or sabretooth) refers to extinct mammals characterized by long, curved saber-like teeth. 🦷 These teeth were significantly larger than those of modern cats. They lived during the Pleistocene epoch and became extinct around 11,000 years ago. Sabertooths were apex predators in their environments.
