"Serrated wrack" (*Fucus serratus*) is a species of brown algae found in the intertidal zone. It is characterized by its flat, branching thallus with serrated (saw-toothed) edges. Unlike some other wracks, it lacks air bladders. Serrated wrack is adapted to withstand exposure to air and wave action. Think of it as the 'edgy' member of the rockweed family 😎.
