Uneven bars are a gymnastics apparatus consisting of two horizontal bars set at different heights. Gymnasts perform routines that involve swings, releases, and catches between the bars. The sport requires incredible strength, coordination, and agility. It's a dynamic and visually stunning event. The lower bar is typically around 5 feet high, while the higher bar is around 8 feet high. Gymnasts must transition seamlessly between the bars. The routines are choreographed and involve complex combinations of skills.
